Teacher Samuel Chan is offering Mathematics and Add. Math classes for secondary school students (IGCSE, UEC, A-levels, Singapore syllabus).

Online and in-person classes in the Klang Valley area are available, priced at RM70 and above depending on subject.

Teaching Method

I make exam-based, concept-based, and practice-based lessons that are easy to understand and learn.

My teaching scope:

• SPM / IGCSE: Math and Add Math
• Pre-U / A Levels: Math and Further Math
• IB: Math and Further Math
• SL and HL, SAM / Ausmat: Math and Specialist Math, some college-level calculus and statistics

Teaching Background

I have been teaching math in various courses for the past 15++ years. I graduated from UKM in 1996 with an honourable degree in mathematics and attempted various jobs until I found my lifelong passion, teaching mathematics. I had been teaching pre-undergraduate statistics at INTI College from 2002 to 2008. In 2009, I got a teaching position at Kuenching High School.

I have worked at Appit universities as a mathematics lecturer from 2010 to 2012. After the year 2012, I got overloaded with tuition classes and quit working for other people to become a full-time math tutor. My experience has given me the capacity to understand the mind of the student and the method for improving their math skills. It is truly a pleasure to watch my students grow under my supervision.
